We have known Mindy Karp for years but had never worked with her professionally. We knew that she was bright and experienced and knew the market personally. Mindy was willing to work with us even though we had no idea how long it would take our suburban property to sell. She showed us numerous properties that would have worked for us so that when our suburban home sold quickly, we were able to select a condo with confidence. Mary Ellen helped me complete my first home purchase. She was always available to help and answer any questions or concerns I had about the home buying experience. Mindy Karp was wonderful with the purchase of our new home! We had used her in the past, before this transaction, for finding some homes in Chicago (Streeterville) and the suburbs. This time, we had been looking for houses for some time and she had a pulse on our style/needs and was on top of this house right when it came on the market. She got us in to see it within hours and good thing because there were multiple offers. Our offer didn't turn out to be the highest-priced, but Mindy Karp's negotiating skills brought us out on top, which we are very thankful for! Anyone that asks me about my experience buying a home will hear about how great and helpful Deb was! Not only did she send me perfect listings, but was able to get me tours in every unit I requested within a week. And I went on A lot of tours over the course of several months. Deb was so patient and never once lost her dedication to finding us the perfect home. She was also very forthright and knowledgeable about the units we viewed.
